Hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Seller and you (hereinafter “Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) when purchasing digital products (game keys, software activation keys) on the website owned and operated by the Seller (hereinafter “Website”).
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. By placing an order and/or completing a purchase on the Website, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms as they exist at the moment of purchase.
- 1.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and refrain from making any purchases.
2. Nature of the Goods
- 2.1. All products sold on the Website are digital goods (game keys, software activation keys).
- 2.2. Upon successful payment, the key/code is displayed on the screen and/or sent to the email address you provided. Delivery is considered completed at that moment.
- 2.3. Digital goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases expressly required by applicable law or stated otherwise in clause 6 below.
3. Pricing and Payment
- 3.1. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Website and include VAT (if applicable).
- 3.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price valid at the moment you complete the payment applies to your order.
- 3.3. Payment is processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Key Validity and Activation
- 4.1. We do not guarantee that a key will work in your specific region, on your specific platform/account, or after future updates by the publisher/developer.
- 4.2. Most keys are officially purchased from authorized distributors; however, some keys may originate from various legal sources (bulk purchases, regional pricing, promotions, etc.).
- 4.3. Risk of key revocation by the publisher/platform (Steam, Origin, Battle.net, Microsoft, etc.) always remains with the Buyer. We are not liable for blocks, revokes, or any other restrictions imposed by the publisher or platform after activation.
5. No Refunds Policy (except where prohibited by law)
- 5.1. Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of the goods, all sales are final. Once a key/code is displayed or sent to you, no refund or exchange is possible, regardless of the reason (key already used, does not work in your region, accidental purchase, change of mind, etc.).
- 5.2. The only exceptions are:
- The key is objectively invalid/faulty at the moment of delivery and you notify us within 60 minutes of purchase with proof (screenshots showing the exact error from the official platform).
- Non-delivery of the key due to a technical error on our side.
- 5.3. If an exception applies, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the key or issue a refund.
6. Mandatory EU Consumer Rights (where applicable)
6.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days. However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal is lost immediately upon delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, data, or account bans resulting from the use of purchased keys.
- 7.2. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- 9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved, if possible, through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court (Tallinn, Estonia).
- 9.3. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website and applies to all purchases made after the update.
